As an absolute beginner, my exploration of CI could not have started at a better place than SerVivo. I arrived in landing time, recommendable for a soft entry into the festival with already workshops – Loved the “wheel of content” – bodywork and CI jams.

Then the Festival started , SerVivo created a safe space for the group of dansers to connect to each other and the dance. The days were packed with a big variaty of early morning practice outdoors and during the day professional workshops to learn more about the body – i found the Fascia very interesting – and safe movement in CI. The underscore was so inspiring and the jams were fun. And… the food … delicious ! I left the festival with my innerchild more alive and an urge to dive more into this beautiful way of connecting to the energy of others while being totally in my own body.
